Parents please do not send your child to school after administering a fever reducing medication, your child must be fever free for 24 hours before returning to class.
Parents will be contacted and asked to remove their child from school if he or she appears to have symptoms of illness during the school session. Symptoms of illness may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Parents are urged to use common sense when deciding whether or not a child is well enough to attend school. We ask that parents not send a child to school if he or she does not feel well.
In case of accidental injury we will give immediate first aide, call 911, attempt to call the child's parent or guardian, and attempt to call the child's physician. Until the arrival of a parent/guardian, the teacher will be in charge and make all decisions about the care of your child (in accordance with the Parental Agreement, Permission, and consent forms on record from the time of enrollment). Parents are expected to assume responsibility for any resultant expense not covered by the school's insurance.
