Youth Ministry

We are thrilled to invite you into a vibrant community where every young person is known, valued, and loved. Our program is rooted in the joy of exploring scripture through curiosity, meaningful learning, and personal growth. Every activity is guided by our foundational belief: God loves us deeply and calls us to love our neighbors with compassion and grace.

At Trinity, we’re passionate about creating meaningful spaces for youth and families to grow in faith, friendship, and joy. Our program is thoughtfully divided into four age-based groups:

  • Young Families — Birth through 5th grade

  • Middle School — 6th through 8th grade

  • Senior High — 9th through 12th grade

  • Young Adults — College age

From lively gatherings to quiet moments of reflection, we offer something for every child and teen. Together, we build lasting friendships, grow in faith, and share God's love by serving those around us.

Middle & High School Programs

Throughout the program year, we offer a rich variety of opportunities for connection for our teens—where they explore faith through small groups, weekly youth groups, service projects, special events, and retreats tailored to their stage of life.

Our Middle School and Senior High students each belong to dynamic youth communities that meet regularly for fun, fellowship, and spiritual growth. Every summer, our Senior High group embarks on a transformative week-long mission trip—an unforgettable experience of service, learning, and deepened faith.

Small Group
Bible Studies

As part of creating “good soil” for our youth to have “deep roots” of faith, we are intentional about having small groups for our middle school and high school youth.  Middle School Guys and Gals have separate places to meet in the morning before school twice a month.  And High School Guys and Gals have separate times and places to gather for bible study, prayer, and deep conversation.  Check the youth calendar for specific times and places!  We hope you join us for this meaningful time of faith development!

Young Families (birth to 5th grade kids and their parents) are invited to participate in activities throughout the year as well as a Sunday morning Children's Church.

Meet Our Youth and Family Director

With over 30 years of ministry experience, Tammy Rismiller is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive space for youth to grow in faith. As our Youth and Family Director, Tammy is committed to fostering an environment where every young person feels safe, valued, and loved. Believing deeply that God adores each of us, Tammy emphasizes that all are created in the beautiful image of God. Through strong relational connections, relevant biblical teaching, and fun, Tammy encourages our youth to explore their relationship with God with curiosity while encouraging them to be an agent of love and kindness to the World.  Her foundational concept of youth ministry is to create good soil to allow youth to become “deeply rooted in faith”.

Colleen.jpg

After joining her daughter on a Trinity Mission Trip to Louisiana three years ago, Colleen returned with a profound new love for youth ministry. Inspired by that experience, she began assisting Tammy with coordinating service projects and cultural experiences for the high school youth group throughout the year. This role was a natural fit for Colleen, whose passion for service runs deep. She previously founded and directed a local soup kitchen in Enumclaw for 10 years, building strong community connections along the way, and now she brings that experience and heart for service into her ministry at Trinity Church.  Colleen shares in Tammy’s vision of creating a loving, safe, and welcoming environment where all kids can grow and learn about God. She has a passion for walking alongside youth, learning together, and building strong relationships that help deeply root them in both their biblical and spiritual growth.
